One legged Picnic Table

One legged picnic table that comfortably seats eight people. The leg can be bolted to a concrete slab or buried into the ground. Advantages of this design is easy mowing or sweeping under the chairs. Also you only need to put insect repellent on one leg to prevent spiders, ants and other insects from climbing up onto the table. The clever design prevents liquid and food from spilling onto the chairs and the chairs have two hight levels to accommodate both kids and adults. The chairs are very cheap to replace, however an anti-vandal steel frame can be added as an option. The table pictured below is over 10 years old and has survived countless floods and constant exposure to the elements at a popular campground and although a little weathered, it is still as good as the day it was made. Prices vary from $1,500 to $4,500.

Cup Cake Holder

This cupcake holder was a concept Richard came up with for a client who needed an elegant way to display her fancy cup cakes. It needed to be portable and easy to transport so she could set up quickly at markets and then ā€œfanā€ out the cake holder for display.

Rustic Dart Board Holder

This rustic dart board holder impressed a friend so much, Richard made him one for his 50th. Needless to say he was stoked. Made from recycled fence palings, itā€™s flush mounted and has a rechargeable battery operated LED light so you donā€™t need to run any cables to it.

Serving Tray

This serving tray was made from an Ironbark log that was salvaged from a bridge that was built by some oneā€™s Great Grandfather. Richard didnā€™t know what to do with it so he came up with this. Just like in the old days however, no power tools were to be used. Hammer and chisel only.

Coffee Table Organiser

To be honest, when Richard started manipulating this dead wood, he didnā€™t know what it was going to be or what would happen. Itā€™s funny though, sometimes timber talks to you, all you need to do is listen.
