Cooka Crikey Kit

The whole camp kitchen, in one box. The Cooka Crikey Kit is for campers and 4WD tourers who want to cook proper meals at camp, not just boil water. It covers everything from lighting the stove to washing up after.

It's built around the 230g Cooka Titanium Stove. Burn twigs when there's dry wood around, or drop in the Burn'a and cook on metho when there isn't. Then there's a full set of tools to prep, cook, serve and clean up.

Why it's the full camp kitchen

• Two ways to cook. The Titanium Stove runs on twigs, wood pellets, charcoal or heat beads. The Burn'a runs on methylated spirits and comes with its own pot stand, flame adjuster, screw-on lid and carry bag.
• Cooks when it's blowing. The Wind Stop'a keeps the breeze off the flame, so you cook faster and burn less fuel. The Frisbee Fire Fan gets a slow fire going, then keeps the flies off your food.
• A proper prep station. The Chop'a chopping board and the Cut'a paring knife mean no more balancing onions on a Tupperware lid.
• Tools for the pan. The Titanium Tongs are 1.5mm solid titanium, three times thicker than most, and handle hot food and coals. The Spatula gets under eggs and fish cleanly.
• Clean-up sorted. The Wash'a is a stainless steel mesh scrubber that cleans camp cookware fast and hygienically. It's surprisingly gentle on your pans, and brutal on the burnt-on scraps left after cooking.
• Light it, then relax. The Light'a lives in the kit, and the Cool'a keeps your drink cold while dinner's on. Its magnets stick it to the ute and its carabiner clips it to your belt.
